Two totally opposite replies there so far. That's scary to have a quick engagement and then the other person shows their true "dark" colors. I'm sorry! It makes me feel lucky and blessed that my hubby stayed true to how he was when I met him. That's great to hear a long engagement is working out so well too!!!

My days aren't quite Monday, Wednesday, Friday, I find it works better in my training plan to do Monday, Thursday, Saturday. Anyway, I did my second test last night and improved! On my first initial test I did 17 regular push ups until I dropped. Last night I did 23! Not a massive improvement, but I'm pretty pleased. But…

I did them last night too. I am having my 12 year old son do them with me. He totally makes it look easy, but it's good motivation for me. I am way behind, but did Week 2, Day 3 last night. I had to do 16, 17, 14, 14, 20. I think I must have missed something because I know I've done more than six days?! Anyway, I'll stick…

Here I am the one who created this and forgot to do them last night. Just did them at work here this morning. Level 1, column 3. Did all reps and maxed out at 10. Whew, I can barely type or write, I'm all shaky now! Day 1 down!

Good info on here! I only just lost my first pound since starting Insanity this week, the first week of the second month. I like what someone said about upping your calories, but in mostly protein. Like the others said, month two is hell! I was so beat up the first week plus I had other stuff going on and couldn't do every day, I started the first week of month two again this week. You'll be amazed at your improvement when you get to your second and third fit test. Ha ha, in fact, the first day of the second month…
