  • lol, I have no clue- You look amazing though- maybe have a BMI score done by a Dr or nutritionist and see if you body is trying to keep you at that weight for a reason- unless you've already done that? Eitherway- congrats to your hard work!
  • Is it too late to join??
  • what's your total loss goal? Did you happen to measure inches when you started? I never did, but I heard it's much better for tracking loss. 25# is a lot, it's has to show somewhere  I imagine that's discouraging, but keep it up and you'll be amazed!

  • I would guess there are 2 options, you could not eat them and go own with your excersise and not count those calories, especially if you do not feel deprived. OR you could add the calories from working out to the next days calories? Just some thoughts- either way keep it up!!
  • GREAT JOB! That is so awesome to hear!! I love that you didn't even realize, those are the best suprises!

  • That is exactly what I do! So frustrating, but I think it's going to be more helpful now keeping track
  • sorry I'm late, I took a week off to regain some focus and rework my program. I kept hitting a wall and decided to scale back and stop trying to get results so fast. Today's weight in 170 and that is a big slide back. but I would rather get into a good groove than keep falling off the wagon after 2-3 weeks!
  • It may not feel like it, but the hardest part is over, you reached out for help! Read and reread all these posts- you are not alone, Start looking for triggers, I know for me if I don't drink all My h20 I have a errible time getting thru the evening.
  • I think everyone has some great points! I was always told if you have drank all your required water for the day then you can "treat" yourself to 1 diet soda.
  • Happy Wednesday!! I am down a pound this week, I thought it might be more, but I am glad with the loss! My body has not been up for the longer runs lately, but I am making my self do at least 30 minutes at a time, and if I can get another workout in later even better!
  • That's tough, have you every thought about cutting out sugar to get your body detoxed? It is like a habit or addiction- try to replace the sugar with something else. I love Chai latte's from starbucks, but now to be extra calorie conciouss I get a sugar free vanillla milk steamer with skim- it helps me stay away from the…
  • lol!! me too!
  • Much as you don't want to, it would be the best way to reach your goal. Ben and Jerry's is not known for being diet friendly! I would find another treat to fill that void- skinny cow ice cream sandwhiches are one of my favs. Maybe after you get closer to your goal you could splurge, but a whole pint seems like a bit…
  • what a great reminder!! Such a good post! I teared up reading this :drinker:
  • Water!! Flush your system and then try to get in an extra workout too. But if you had abad day, it's ok- I don't know anyone who doesn't slip occasionally. Some diets allow 1 whole day a week for "feeding" that need
  • I have WAY more self control, and if I don't work out, I feel like crap. Wow, I wish I was at that point!!
  • I missed weigh in last week, but I think the scale was off, it said I lost 7 pounds (!) I did not log that weight, because as much as I want it to be true, the mirror and jeans did not agree! It was just not possible, so I am going to see what this Wednesday has to say!
  • great, thanks!! I may drive to run until I feel more comfortable- I tend to blank out while running and that would be BAD on a country road ;)
  • Tomorrow's check in time...I am so worried, I was BAD this weekend. I dodged brownies, pizza, carrot cake...and eventually I caved...I think it was the 3rd or 4th party we were at and I ate like it was my job! ...I am back on track today, I thinky a good run tonight should help too!
  • THanks for me too!
  • That's a tough spot! I am sorry. I had a similar issue while my husband was in recruit school- I did everyting so he could focus on getting through the mental and physical tests he had everyday. I was pregnant and he finished as I was about to *pop* I was still doing everything. I felt horrible and he had no clue. I…

  • GOOD FOR YOU! What a great way to handle that, you're right, you are doing something for your own good, and they can just stand on the sidelines and be a waste of space- you are facing your demons :flowerforyou:
  • also maybe look into different brands of jeans? My mom SWEARS by this brand called "not your daughters jeans" I like Old Navy jeans. I have the muffin top issue since having kids and I just have to try on every pair to be sure!
  • but then, not so sexy if you get lucky! [/quote]
  • Thanks guys! I think I will use my DVD's until I get into a groove with the gym. Maybe I'll get a second wind in the evening too!
  • I usually have 2 hard boilled aggs with a banana or 2 light cheese sticks and a yogurt. I have to have a hefty protien breakfast in order to get through the morning. Cereal NEVER keeps me full, although the Kashi brands are better with more fiber and protein. The Chobani greek yogurt is yummy and very filling! My husband…
