With the weather being so nice finally I wanted to start running outdoors. I live off of a wondy rd with a 45 mph speed limit- any tips for staying safe? I might just drive into town to run, but that seems silly :laugh:

workouts per week?
So how many times a week does everyone workout? I go for 5-6 times a week, so counting the occasional double day. I alternate cardio and weight training, but should I go for that 7th day? I always thought it was too much to do 7 days a week, but I also thought to starve myself too :wink: Just curious what works for…

Sodium, or not?
So I have been reading other posts about their sodium levels and when I looked to make sure I'm not over my limits I noticed I don't have a colum for sodium in my diary. I have never had any issues with blood pressure, sodium, or even cholesterol, so I'm sot sure I need to worry too much about it, but I want to be sure.

I've always heard eating too little is just as damaging as eating too much. But how little is too little? If I'm not really hungry what is a good choice? Hi! I heard about MFP from a friend and thought it'd be so helpful with my keeping track of calories and weight goals. I want to loose 20 pounds. I love the Body for Life plan and try to keep my menus to that plan. I enjoy free weights and I am trying to improve my running speed over distance. Thanks!
