so I ran 10 minutes today, and then I went to a kickboxing class, 1 day of running done!!!! 19 to go!!!

I like to boil or steam my broccoli or cauliflower, then add 1 oz of fat free cream cheese or 1/3 less fat cream cheese, and put it in the mixer and blend it up, and add a pinch of salt, so good and my kids love it too!!!

Not really a meal replacement bar, but I am addicted to fiber one bars, and I really think they have helped me lose a lot of weight, I have one for breakfast eveyday!!!

I bought a golds gym treadmill from walmart for $377 and I love it, there are a bunch of different programs on it, comes with handweights, and it has the incline options!! I use it all the time!

everyone is completely different, I weigh 177 lbs and wear a size 7/8 jeans, yet I am still considered overweight.

I ordered mine off of ebay yesterday brand new in box, Polar F24 pink and purple HRM it was $79.99 and free shipping, so I hope it works well, we will see, I always check ebay or amazon for cheaper prices!!!

I did my first 5 mile race in July of 2011 and havent stopped doing them, I have 4 scheduled for this year already, a 5k, 7k, half marathon (really nervous for this one) and then doing the warrior dash in July!!! so they are kind of addicting yeah!!!

Victoria's secret will have to become your best friend!!! They have awesome bras and bras that make you look 2 cups sizes bigger, they are spendy but in my mind worth it, its the only kind of bra I wear!! Even when i was big chested, I used to be 38 D to a DD, now a B cup, its sad.

I would wear shoes, I think it would make it easier. Are you using a mat to do your planks on, that would help too, I am only on level 2 so I dont know about the level 3 Ab exercise.

I started today also, I have been working out for about a year so I started on level 2!!

I have merena and I didnt think it hurt at all, and have had no complications, or cramps, or period for over a year, I love it!!!
