  • I LOVE this show and I LOVE this thread !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks.
  • thank you for posting this. I need to see long term dedication and long term results. I am reaching a year on MFP and have been been frustated with the scale and lack of clothing size dropage. :) I know I have to keep going. I plan to take a picture too that awesome. Thanks again. This post really makes me want to keep…
  • BUMP this up!! I am still trying to figure this out and I can't seem to find an answer- How do I log in this workout?
  • I just posted this...but does anyone know how to log in the activity??? Aerobics or Circuit Training ??
  • I TOTALLY agree for me it was always the shopping that got to me too. I was finding myself in Lane Bryant and just now went shopping at Old Navy and LOVED IT. No more LANE BRYANT. :)
  • Rock Bottom for me was when I noticed myself in a picture from my family trip to Disney and the rolls in my stomach. I weight myself and said, WOW, I am past 200 lbs and felt so tired all the time. I had aching bones and feet too since I am so short. I have lost 24 lbs, went down 3 sizes, accomplished goals in my life that…
  • AWESOME !!! Keep it up. That is what I hope to accomplish after one year. So far I am almost at my midway point of my goal. So MFP is a life changer for sure.
  • HOLY PLANK!!!! Just started level 2 yesterday--- Its very hard core. There are certain moves that I couldn't even do modified. I felt so guilty as if I was letting Jillian down...but I stayed with it. MAYBE by day 7 of level 2-- I'll do it?? Who knows, but right now, its definitely kicking my butt (in a very good way) Good…

  • My schedule is: 4 days Ripped + some additional days of Wii Dance Kids OR some Comast On Demand Cardio stuff 3 days 6 Week 6 Pack I know I am suppposed to rest, but I am now a sweat junkie and feel like I need to definitely sweat off my day. :) Good Luck everyone.
  • You look like me (obviously not yet but your before picture, yes!!) I just started and this post is inspirational. Keep it up!! Nice job.
  • A W E S O M E !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep it up!!!
  • GOOD JOB. !!! I finished it and saw the same results. KEEP going!
  • Just finished it all 30 days. It was life changing. I love my results and what I can do with myself after wards. Can't beat 20 minutes of intensity for major results. That workout + MFP great results. I have lost 16 already.
  • WOW-- that sounds like something I can do!!!! I have to look for the cracker chips and cheese!!
  • OK...i am finishing 30DS today and going to start RI30 tomorrow. I am nervous BUT I saw CRAZY results in 30DS so I am hooked on her workouts. I am willing to keep on going!!! I'll check in here too for some support
  • Mountain Climbers...and basically anything in PIKE POSE. Urgh.
  • I didn't lose weight hte first week (level one) then I lost 3 (level 2) and because I am obsessing I am seeing that with mid level 3 I have NOT lost anything. BUT I am SURE I have lost inches though....measurements I didn't take though so regret that but I am SURE if can feel my clothing looser then something is happening.…
  • Wow--- Its really funny to read this bc I just expressed my frustation at myself for reading the scale everyday. I do 55 minutes of Jillian Michaels' workouts and stay within my calorie goals and apparently this week (because I am weighing everyday-- shame on me!) I am losing nothing. BUT NOW I get it. Thanks and I am…
  • IMO- I am loving level 3 much better than level 2. Those darn planks!!! I may actually stick with level 3 after the 10 days is over. Burn baby Burn!
  • I just got 3lbs weights. I am NOT ready for anything higher. :) And didn't get the mat bc I usually on my carpet. LOL
  • Amen to that--- I also do most of the modified levels (ANITA!) since I have had NO work out training since starting really. I just dove right into it in March. I love the difference it has made in my life already. I didn't really do much measurements, but I've lost weight definitely and have noticed too the strength in my…
  • I am onto Level 3 tomorrow and look forward to it. I have never felt this great after a workout and more motivated in my entire life. I am happy that I am seeing this thread because I was going to continue working on different levels of the Shred after completing level 3. I also started the 6 week 6 pack. Its super intense…
  • Oh man!! Thank for this. I joined this group because I started the 30 shred a week ago (basically the end of March) so I figured this group is closer for me. I have NO work out experience and have been going 0-crazy!!! I have been doing the shred for like 4 days in a row and my muscles are killing me. I know not to give…
  • That is a great idea...I am on Level 1 Day 5 (with NO exercise previously)...I am finding that I am killing my muscles. But I do like your rotation plan. Do you find that your muscles and endurance are better with that every other day plan?? I am seriously considering it.
  • These are all great ideas!! I definitely need to find some spandex stuff and some bras. I am thinking of jogging around my neighborhood for some sense of what I can do or not do. It'll be a journey but I should do it. I think I can, I think I can.
