BUTT LIFT

I am giving my Jillian workouts for awhile so my tweeked neck muscle can fully recover. I am focusing on my bottom half so I bought the Brazilian Butt Lift workout.

I am looking forward to it, but one question-- how do you log it in? Circuit Training? Aerobics? I know its 30 minutes but I just wanted ot log it right.

I am ready to get this booty in shape and loose some inches.

    Get a HRM and you make your own exercise and record the number of calories you burn. This is what I do for insanity
