I'm a 5:30 AM'er, and the morning crowd has not changed at all. Made the mistake of going at 10:00 AM on a Saturday... yeah, no. Treadmills packed, people resting/watching TV/picking their nails between sets on their machines, and weights everywhere.

What cotewalter said. I keep a mini scale in my purse, so I can be sure to weigh ALL THE THINGS! (*) I wasn't weighing at the beginning of my journey -- just guessing -- it makes all the difference.

What everybody else said -- ignore the sugar recommendations on here completely. I don't eat refined sugar, so all of my sugars come from fruit also (go vegan!)!

Never tried Arctic Zero, but I have had a similar one called WINK. Wink is awesome... probably a similar consistency, but I actually enjoy it. It's no where near the same consistency as ice cream, but I liked it! Their Choco-mint flavour + some mini chocolate chips. BOOM. Happy times for me.

Me? I would eat: a HUGE BOWL of zucchini noodles (or spaghetti squash) with low sodium tomato sauce & mushrooms! I'd drink a sparkling water with a dash of pure cranberry, pure blueberry, and a dash of lime. o:)
