Leg day every day! You're going to have some sick legs & booty once you're healed. Hit the stairs/stairmaster, walk, run, jog, HIIT, and go hiking! Get creative0

I broke my wrist last winter. I got to walk, nothing else, through the polar vortices. It sucked, but I survived.
I guess you could try mild hiking, but honestly, you don't want to put yourself in a position where you might fall and either compromise your healing arm--or worse, injure the other one! And I, at least, was unenthusiastic about getting my cast sweaty, so anything more intense than walking (and not on a treadmill, which is sweat bomb territory for me) was out.0 -
Leg and core time. You can still do a plethora of core exercises that require your own bodyweight.0
