Yay - thank you! The top portion of the scale, where you place the items... is it loose/does it detach completely from the base, or is it attached? Only asking because I've had a scale before that this portion detached, and after doing that a few times, the scale became inaccurate. Thank you both so much!

Make your own! Order dry roasted peanuts in bulk online, throw them in a blender, add a little salt if you want, and hit go! Without a doubt, better & cheaper than buying in the stores. :p

Echoing what the majority is saying... as long as you're pretty on point elsewhere & you have no medical reason for worrying -- don't stress the sugars in fruit. 90% of my sugars come from fruit, so I actually removed the sugar counter from my main screen. B)

Turbo Fire is awesome, just listen to your body and go at your own pace! The HIIT videos are my favourite. The drills are about 1 minute. When I first started, I used to stop a little short of the 1 minute.. and that's OKAY! Just have fun with it :p It really is an awesome workout.
