I'm having this exact issue ... Got a ballot place after taking about 6 months off running & piling on 18lbs .... Am being plagued by injury & had to defer london & hope to be able to s.l.o.w.l.y. Complete Edinburgh instead as I've already raised nearly £1000 for epilepsy action :-/

I have PCOS & hypothyroidism .... Am really very active & get sooooooo fed up with the effort it takes to get weight off I often have months at a time where I don't track I conceived scarily quickly with my first :-) but my second was a heartfelt journey & at 41 we agreed to stop trying for no. 3 :-/

I've done Barbara currie DVD's in the past & they were good ... But I get bored :ohwell: I DID actually fall asleep in Pilates once ... A friend had dragged me along to try a class with her .... She was VERY embarrassed by how relaxed I got :laugh:

The squats with the fly what's it called thingy ... Bringing the weights together in a v shape to eye height (think its level 2 .... I mix the levels to save boredom) are KILLING me :-s Could be my tennis elbow Pleeeeaase someone else tell me they find them hard?!?!?!

For 6+ miles, a cup of blueberries & some cashews is my fave & I prefer to run in the evening as before the kids need getting up & organised is too damn early! For 10 + I'd carry a banana Couldn't run on a heavy meal I neeeed lots of water or my legs turn to lead ;-) I discovered the other day that eating half a friends…

I'm hypo & take levothyroxine ... REALLY struggle to shift weight ... It takes a lot of exercise & clean eating to shift My problem is maintaining the motivation through the looooooong process :-/ I find after a while I feel blow this ... All this fat burning exercise & calorie counting for such slow progress ... I forget…

I'm on day 4 today ... I went for my usual run on day 3 & found it HARD ... It was only 6.3 miles :-0 Didn't expect TDS to have that affect ... Hoping by day 5/6 I'll only be feeling improvements!!

mine goes over too & i regularly eat avocadoes, natural nuts, & seeds - in fact these & maybe a small portion of seared chicken/fish/turkey is usually a snack for me :-/ ...... haven't been doing this long enough yet to know whether longterm this will affect my weightloss but i rarely go over calories .... aren't good fats…
