I usually do a slow, around 1 - 2 miles the night before a 5K and 2 -3 miles the night before a 10K. Just make sure it is slow and you concentrate more on just stretching the muscles.

Sorry kids spent most of the afternoon in the ER so no burn for me today. Salmanila poisoning causing me to get massively dehydrated. IV fluids are good though... I will be getting back on the little horse tomorrow. The big horse will have to wait a couple more days.

Wait till it is a little soft, cut around the middle and pull it apart. The pit and peel should come right off easily. Add to anything you want. I love it with sandwiches, egg white omelets, wraps, burgers of any sort, with tortilla chips. This is starting to sound like Bubba's shrimp...

I use Trader Joe's reduced guilt tortilla's 120 cals and 120 mg's of sodium but for 14 chips. That is way better then the norm. And yes I do count them out... HA

I use it at least 3 or 4 times a week. i would say once a month it gets weird but it is almost always very accurate. As always with GPS it can be hit and miss, I am not sure how much the app can do. It is most likely a problem with the sat signal to the phone
