If I go there, I usually get the Asian Sesame Chicken (salad) and a whole wheat baguette. I don't know if it's THE best thing there, but it's reasonably nutritious and tastes good.

Their soups are very low cal.
Go to their web site. They have all the nutritional information there.

The Fuji Apple Chicken Salad is downright delicious and full of good-for-you stuff (greens, onions, tomatoes, pecans, and of course apples) along with yummy seasoned chicken and gorgonzola cheese. I know I sound like an advertisement, but it really is good. If you get the dressing on the side and only use half, the whole thing is 475 calories and 655 mg of sodium.
