I don’t do weight watchers but I tried this soup from a friend who does and I loved it. It feels a little indulgent and sometimes I add a dollop of sour cream after heating my portion up at work to make it creamy. I’ve been using a skinny syrup in caramel with 0 calories. I find it at home goods. Then 1oz of half and half. For about 40 calories.

Flat bread pizza. I use the flat out wraps and whatever I have on hand. Sometimes is a bbq chicken pizza with leftover rotisserie chicken, sometimes it’s just cheese and jalapeños. I like that I control the calories and taste and can make it work within my calorie goals. It’s also quick to make and easy to throw together.…

I like ranch in my spaghetti. I’m snobby about ranch. Homemade only please. I add sour cream to lots of things like broth based soup to make it creamy. I’ve always mixed ketchup, mustard, and mayo together to dip fries in.

I’ve always considered my day from waking up to going to bed. So I would log it on yesterday if I haven’t been to bed yet.

I usually plan what I’m eating ahead of time so that I know exactly what I can have. If I need to make changes, I don’t hide it but I don’t offer the information either. People generally can’t tell if I’m texting or checking Instagram.

I work 2nd shift 3:30-midnight. While this is a bit different than you, I log on a work schedule. I get up and log breakfast (1pm), log lunch at work (8pm), and the dinner when I get home ( 2:30am). I work out after work from 12:30am to about 1:45am. Finally around 4ish, I go to bed. It works for me.

I work 3:30-midnight and find it doable. I get up around noon, have a healthy breakfast, eat lunch around 7 or 8, and then dinner around 2am.
