Give your feedback “best” options considering things I know about already like stevia, date syrup, low fate or skim milk etc. I’ve quit “sugar free” sweetened creamers (flavored coffeemate type creamers) already and looking for “best” replacement! Thanks for good input here!

I use plain old Half & Half. Creamy, no added sugar, and only 20 calories per tablespoon.3

Fairlife 2% milk. With a tiny bit of Ovaltine stirred in if I'm feeling fancy.2

“Creamy” and “low calorie” don’t really go together. The delicious dairy fat makes it taste “creamy.” That’s why skim milk doesn’t taste creamy and doesn’t really cut it in coffee.4

If you can bear the sweetness of something like a vanilla protein powder, I find that actually comes across as quite creamy in a coffee.1

I use vanilla or caramel premier protein. For every 8 oz. Iced coffee, I add 6 oz of protein shake.

More info: been using a flavored protein shake as my creamer. It’s a good option. But able to add back some dailycalories now but with drinking about 4 big cups each morning with about 3 tbs each I don’t want to add 200 calories for just coffee. Using fat free Fairlife, Califia Coconut/water mix, etc. doesn’t really cut it. Thanks!0

Plain coffemate powdered creamer is low calorie. You can use it with sugar free coffee syrups if you want different flavors.2

I usually use almond milk, but I've been dairy free for 20 years, so I don't know how it compares to milk. The no sugar added almond milk is 30 calories a cup, though, so it's very low calorie!1

I just use one tablespoon of whatever creamer I have on hand. I have a snickers creamer and it is only 35 calories per serving, I just make sure to use 1 tablespoon in a cup I have a pumpkin spice one that I also use that is similar. If you want more creamyness I suggest half and half or a big splash of whole milk.1

Half and half. No added sugar. I use 2 servings, it's 70 calories of Kroger and 80 calories of other brands (the "half" of half and half varies brand to brand, so some have more calories than others). Want creamier? Go heavy cream. 1 T only runs you 50 calories. Less creamy? Whole milk/whole Fairlife.2

Try whole Fairlife, probably going to be your best bet. About 30 calories for 3T.
You could go half and half, 2T is only 35-40 calories, it's creamier.
You could use less for a creamier taste, heavy cream is 1T for 50 cal, but it's very creamy.1 -
I’ve been using a skinny syrup in caramel with 0 calories. I find it at home goods. Then 1oz of half and half. For about 40 calories.1

i like my regular favoured creamer, i just make sure i only use 1 tbsp. it works for me. sometimes i'll add some skim milk with it, just to fool my mind, to make it look lighter!! lol1

I used to use 1 t half & half and 1 t sugar, but now I add protein powder, chia seeds, and dried coconut and call it breakfast.2

I just bought Califa Farms Unsweetened "Better Half" Coconut Cream & Almond Milk. It's non-dairy. For a 2 tbsp serving, 15 calories, 1.5 g fat (1 g unsaturated), 0 g cholesterol, 30 mg sodium, 0 g carbohydrates, 0 g protein.3

I'm in Australia, we just use a splash of milk - very low calorie option!

'Creamers' are not available in Australia. Just 1 tablespoon of full fat proper cream is about 70 calories. Worth it in my opinion!. I love coffee!2
