i weigh in every sunday and note it, good or bad. so far the worst ive had is no change though but if it went up i would log that also.

pickles are actually pretty low cal...just watch out for the sodium and stuff in some low cal foods lol

i feel the same way...its not a diet for me either. if i want a treat, i have a treat. this is something i can maintain and will because i have decided to no matter what they say.

i dont weigh daily but i do weigh 3 or 4 times a week...i only weigh in on sundays though. i think it just depends on the person so you have to do what works for you. if youre discouraged by the scale, weigh in less frequently. if youre encouraged, weigh in more often. :)

honestly i do the same stuff, but i dont tend to cramp badly. if i did, i might lessen it some...walk instead of jog or something. :)

a bikini to me just means im confident enough that i no longer feel the need to cover myself up. i want that even though my body will probably never be perfect by my standards. haha

i just searched couch to 5k on my ipod and downloaded the app. it just slowly builds your endurance by having you run short times with walking in between. the amount that you run increases slowly as you go through the program. i finished the whole thing and i wasnt a runner at all when i started. i think its a great app!

its a combo of all three for me, but if you have to focus on just two id say calorie counting and exercise. if youre watching your calories, youll probably have to stick with some healthier foods anyway to stay under the goal. :)

i was over 280 pounds and started with walking. after i had lost 20 or so i started the c25k so i was running at 260 some pounds. is it easy? no, but it can be done. if heavy cardio is too much, try just brisk walks or something like swimming.

when people tell me it doesnt work or it wont help, i just tell them how much weight ive lost and how many miles i can run. it normally shuts them up because its proof that everything im doing is working.
