got mine at 1700 a day...and try to eat back exercise calories.....tried the 1200 before and worked great until i hit a plateau for weeks and weeks....now i am just eating above my bmr....yes the weight is not going off rapidly but hopefully i will be able to maintain it when i eventually get there....try…

same here....lowest was around 170 and I felt great as too skinny would look really odd on me....my gw just now is to get back to 170.....30 to go !!!

i have been on a plateau for about 4 weeks and increased my calorie intake for a week to boost my metabolism....if you are really hungry with the calorie intake at the moment then your body will only go into starvation mode and store everything it gets...better putting the calories up a wee bit (calculate your bmr...which…
