I like to use hummus in my wraps and sammies instead of mayo! My go to is turkey, lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado (goes on almost everything I eat!) and cheese. I also generally use the flat-out flat breads instead of tortillas (:

I do that, right now it's a bikini I wanna wear over spring break in March. And I have a 'wall of motivation' where I put little quotes, pictures and a mirror so everyday I'm reminded why I am doing this. Do whatever works for you and don't let ANYONE tell you differently. Good luck!

Hi I'm Robin from California! Last time I weighed myself I weighed 129.2 lbs, making my total weight loss 93.8 lbs. However, I've gotten lazy and probably gained at least 5 lbs back. Here's to losing those 5 lbs (at least, hoping for more) and toning up :)

As many people have already said, after a run I walk a little to cool off, usually my body will let me know how long the walk needs to be, then I take a nice cool shower, and lay under my fan for 10 minutes or so. I also try to bump up my ac before I leave the house, so it's a little cooler then usual when I get back!
