I don't eat my calories back. It somehow seems to defeat the purpose. I know of some people who lost weight doing it. I tried it for a couple of weeks I didn't lose a pound. So I'm back to what works for me.

Congrats! I always liked traditional English names, i.e. the names of British princes: Charles, George, Andrew, Edward, Phillip, Robert, William, Henry, etc.

Clean or unclean. Food is food. It's not a big deal what you eat as long as you have a deficit. I've been eating everything I want, within moderate of course, as you can tell from my ticker...it's working.

I would rather eat my calories than drink them. That being said, if I was going to drink a soda it wouldn't be diet. I want the regular full flavor stuff.

It's this simple: If someone wants to get you and cause you harm, they WILL. It doesn't matter if you switch your schedule, post your workout routine or not.

At some point, you have to decide who do you love more yourself or your boyfriend. If he can't support your decision to better yourself, maybe that's something you need to re-examine. No one notice until I lost about 35 pounds. My starting weight was 281 lbs. The bigger you are, the more you have to lose. A 300 lbs person losing 10 lbs is like a cup out of the ocean, no one is going to notice.

A grand on a treadmill? LOL. I would look in the newspaper or online. There are always people who've given up on getting fit and trying to sell their slightly used treadmills.

Walmart for most my groceries like lamb, beef, salmon, pork, bread, and vegetables. Local Asian market for black rice.

I did ok managing my weight until I got cancer and the doctor put me on steroids. They made me crave everything in sight.
