  • That's exactly what I'm talking about. I struggled with this also but the book I mentioned help clear this up for me. Most people are not 1 type but a combination of those with 1 being more dominant than the others. I am a combination of a Endomorph & a Mesomorph.

  • I'm sticking with the same amount of calories but will eat more protien & less carbs. I had great results with that last time. I also did my workouts early & didn't eat before ( a fasted workout) & had amazing results. We'll see what happens.

  • I can't eat before I do Insanity, I almost threw up the last time I did. I use a pre workout drink right before I exercise & I drink a Recovery drink imediately after my workout. Solid food messes me up, I think it's just the intensity of Insanity.
  • The first 3 times I did it on the same day. Ow! I probably wil not this time, between work & the regular work outs I don't think it will be productive for me.

  • I love doing a second workout! It has helped lose those extra lbs. or helped me get over a plateau. I have bad knees so running is hard but I've been walking 12 -16 miles a day since January. Last year I did Insanity with P90X twice, it was killer but a lot of fun to see how far I could push myself. Go for it!!!

  • Just finished Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Glad to be done, seemed hard today. After those ski abs & in & outs I have to scarpe myself off the floor. Those are tough!!

  • It is my favorite, I love doing it. I think it's because we are not doing 3 sets of everything, after 1 minute your done with that exercise. I also think it is the hardest because I really push myself to take as few breaks as possible. After doing Pure Cardio I'm always happy!!!
  • Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs are done. It was nice doing Cardio Abs Again, I have skipped this one for a while lately.
  • The beauty of it is they put both workouts on the same disc. Just hit play, the couple of times I didn't it was hard to get started again. Being able to do it imediately sure helps me.

  • No, do it after. You will get a better workout doing the Pure Cardio 1st. The first 6 minutes of Cardio Abs you do some jumps & stuff but the rest is on the floor. It will be like your resting, lol.
