I'm with you! Great quote.

This. I can relate so well with what you are saying, I crave the chocolate over greens, too! I have to control what I put into my own body, because no one else knows what it's like to live in mine. I have never been accused of being skinny, but I certainly can be accused of not giving a care, and only making my weight…

Very interesing! Back when I was in ketosis, I had absolutely no problems with energy. It's just the first few weeks you feel a little rough, due to the switch in fuels your body is using for energy. I plan to keep working out through the beginning phase of ketosis, just less intensely. I have been exercising continuously…

I feel ya - the carb rollercoaster is no fun. I had successfully lost 30 pounds low carbing last year til I fell off the wagon. Then I couldn't seem to find the discipline to get back on the wagon. I now regret not having done the right thing for my body and gone back to it. I let too many people talk me into believing low…

I'm not advocating it at all. I follow a balanced diet now... and I still believe refined grains and refined sugars are bad for me. Your option as to whether you eat them or not. I just know they make me gain like a freight train so I choose to avoid those. I still eat the healthy stuff.

I'm an endomorph, too... and all I can tell you is how NOT to try to lose weight. I took off 30 lbs last year, but gained it all back without even really trying. I see that for our type, grains and sugars are bad and I try my best to avoid those, but I have a vicious sweet tooth. I'm glad to see others are achieving!

Awesome results! You have definitely shaped up in a noticeable way. I am just starting Jillian's Ripped in 30, so I can't wait to see my changes in a month, too.

Congratulations - you deserve to be proud and to enjoy your freedom. :)

I definitely need more friends as well, it helps me keep going when others encourage me - and I will do the same! Feel free to add me.

Your story inspires me and reminds me that indeed, my excuse is invalid! Thank you for the reminder. Life could always be so much harder than it actually is.

Wow, you should be so proud of yourself! Wonderful job! Congratulations.

I used to be a fan of ketogenic diets, but found that too low of a carb level made me crave them all the more... and then I started bingeing, which I had NEVER done in my life until I restricted carbs. I highly recommend reading The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno, or even checking out Mark's Daily Apple blog, as someone else…

You look FABULOUS! Excellent work, and thanks for the inspiration.

Thanks for sharing! I admit, I have never thought to look up a belly dancing workout on YouTube. I have taken several live classes and felt so silly with being in front of others gyrating my hips. I'll have to start trying them at home, too.

I actually gained... I am not happy with myself right now. Of course, TOM & crazy food cravings are to blame. I need to get it under control.

What a beautiful testimony... congratulations on your success - you have definitely inspired me to get back on my Turbo Fire routine! :)

Awesome work! You look so great!

This is so awesome, and also SO true! Last year I made it down nearly 30 lbs before I threw in the towel out of frustration with a plateau and managed to gain it all back. So this time I will at least know it's coming and be able to deal. :) Congrats on your awesome weight loss.

You.look.amazing!!!! Congratulations. :)

I would like to start with 20 lbs this time around ~ and based on my previous experiences, I know I can do it. The question this time is, can I keep it off? I certainly hope so! Maybe having a community here on myfitnesspal will help this time. I certainly don't ever want to regain again.

You look fabulous! I know how you feel about losing steam, glad you're motivating yourself to get back to it. I can only hope to make it as far as you've come!

Honestly, I think being able to fit into a smaller size is the biggest NSV. I can't wait to get into that myself! Congrats on your victory!

Way to go, girl! Thanks for the inspiration.

Hi everyone, I'm Jessica. Nice to meet you! I'm from the Southeastern US, so in other words, a Southern Belle. Actually, I've traveled a lot and lived all over the globe, so I don't qualify for redneck status. Either way, I am happy to be here and finally taking my weight loss seriously. I have never in my life before…

I can tell you precisely what will happen - you will gain weight back, just like I did when I fell off the wagon in July. I quit caring, quit tracking, ate whatever I wanted, etc. Now I am struggling to get back into the routine I was before. It isn't easy. I almost think it's better not to go back to the old ways, because…

Woohoo! That's awesome, girl!
