I'm finally posting my success story even though I have a little more to go (16lbs! Woo!)
I started out at 212lbs earlier this year and here I am 6 months later I am proud to say I'm 156lbs. I went from a size xl and 14 pants to a medium and sz 6/7 pants. It feels great to almost be at my goal after putting it off for years after I had my baby (She's 4 1/2yrs old) Better late than ever
So I just did a complete 180 of my diet and eating habits and started out at the gym within the past month.
Just wanted to share my little bit of happiness today
before and after.
from the other weekend trying on some dresses for a work party.
