Before! I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and while I had lost a bunch of weight, I was no where near my goal weight. Let me tell you how much plus size maternity clothes suck! Not nearly as cute and you have to order most of it online. NOT FUN!

Carbs: pretzels (especially soft pretzels), tortilla chips, crackers, and bread. Sometimes chocolate.

Honestly, I weigh my meat after cooking. I make enough for several meals and the pieces are not always the same size. How do you know which piece of meat will be your meal that time?

Congrats on the weight loss! Getting on the scale everyday is not so helpful, I think. Messes with your head. Try picking a day and weighing in once a week (same time of day).

I do count them. I may not measure them as precisely as other food. For example a cup of spinach is like 7 calories or something like that, so if I'm over/ under by a little bit, it not a big deal.

I do alternate muscle groups. One day do legs, next day do arms, then back to legs the following day, etc. Generally, I do take a day off from exercising- either Friday or Sunday.

I agree, go with the Fitbit. I have a Bodybugg and burn about 600 calories for an hour of zumba. I weigh 200lbs.
