Started doing double workouts. Did tae bo this am and went on a mile walk later this pm. Total of 45minutes.. A new challenge has started that I'll be doing its. 100 days till summer challenge. Basically giving up 3 fave foods before summer wish me luck!

Been out of exercise for 3 days, but back today did 67minutes of walking/jog and will do some sit ups in a bit! :)

63 minutesof walking/jogging and just finished abs.. So I did about 75 minutes..... Yeah baby. Challenge is great! Especially when heads are turning lol

Today ran my longest miles ever, 4.50miles in 70 minutes. Yay me!!

Day 40 already! Wow! I've lost 2 pants sizes already so freakin happy. Did 23 minutes of sit ups about to work on my arms... Let's do this happy Friday

Got back from bday vacation. but did alot of activies that i might of not logged in to put down/ Monday did bike ride for 30minutes by the beach it was beautiful and relaxing...

I was just going for a quick walk. And ended up jogging and walking for 62 min. So a big pat on the back...

Was going to take the day off, BUT!! I was gonna do only 30 min, BUT, did 45min of running. 3.18miles... 3rd straight day of running so proud of myself! Have a great night pals

Happy February!! It's my bday month so can't wait to take a before and after. I will see the difference soon. I only did Pilates and situps.. 28 minutes but I might do 2 more minutes of sit ups to do 30min. Took a day off of running will continue tomorrow...

Logging in today, did situps 100 arm toning exercises and 4.22miles... Yay. One month down.

Sooooooo happy did 62 minute run/jog 4.25 miles. Longest run ever. Trying to go for 5 miles next month. I feel great!

Lost 1.6pounds yay! Did my 4.04 mile jog, and went the extra strength to run a lil more than just walk. I'm feeling the soreness already... I love it. Have a good night
