its so cold in the uk ATM and we are due snow !!! which is almost unheard of before xmas so alot of us will just be changing in the evening into our dresses (well I will be some others are a bit more hardcore than me)

I have been in jeans and trainers which are actually my running shoes so now I am dusting off my boots should also add that skirts are ok too :) which is good as there is only so many times I can create a new look with the same dress and I am also not very "girly girl"

Im really bad at the push ups and i just kind of do my own thing which is basically me on all fours doing the motions, i can not even do the girly versions of them saying that what I do still really hurts

I put it on to look at it as I was sore from circuit training yesterday and ended up doing level 1 !!! When I lose my motivation I just go food shopping, I buy tons of good things for meals and snacking and then I stop reaching for easy and bad choices.

yes it does, I dont ovulate at all if I am over a size 18, try a low GI style diet/lifestyle this works the best with PCOS

I had to be very careful with my diet when I was nursing as my milk supply dropped a couple of times, I found the best one was the GI diet which doesn't feel much like a diet so its fab

i love mine!!! I can really feel it the next day and my arms are still aching today from flapping like a chicken (yes you read that right) 2 days ago the super hula hooping is fab !!

I've lost 10 dozen large eggs but I still need to lose a 2 year old (although my child has weighed 33lbs since he was 18 months old and he still isn't 2 till October)
