You beat me to my answer! lol Yes, on my birthday, on other people's birthdays, and sometimes just because. Now, I don't waste calories on some dried out piece of crap, but otherwise, oh heck yeah. If it really bothers you, work the calories in across the course of the week.

Oh yeah, those :-/ I am strangely ok with burpees. Mountain climbers though, ugh. Treadmill for longer than 3 miles. Up to that, I can listen to good music and lose myself, or a good podcast. After three miles, I can no longer self soothe, lol!
