Anything involving cardio equipment. I loath droning away on some piece of cardio equipment and only do so when the weather is too crappy outside.

    dreadmill
jump squats/lunges - fairly certain overdoing those exacerbated my knee problem
    burpees - same as above.

Lunges. I have a bad knee and it hurts to do them. I used to try to make myself do them, now I say screw it.

    Tuck Jumps. Hell!

    Oh yeah, those :-/
I am strangely ok with burpees. Mountain climbers though, ugh.
Treadmill for longer than 3 miles. Up to that, I can listen to good music and lose myself, or a good podcast. After three miles, I can no longer self soothe, lol!

Leg extensions and lunges. After breaking my kneecap into several pieces a few years ago, there are certain moves I just cannot do. How I broke my kneecap required that the muscles and tendons be re-attached in a slightly different location. Now my knee does not extend straight like a hinge movement but sort of sideways. Five years later and all the knee strengthening exercises in the world has not made me confident in my knee. I don't run or jog but I will powerwalk. I don't do jumping jacks either ... anything that involves a hard impact of my affected leg/knee is not done.

I don't enjoy lifting weights in general, but I understand it is a necessary anti-osteoporosis evil.

I hate, hate, hate the stationary bike with the vengeance of a thousand fiery suns with PMS.

Love your "firey sun" reply. I'm just facing osteoporosis and scrambling to change for the better. Recumbent bikes or any bikes get my It band messed up, but the elliptical like the Octane, is great. What have you found?

The treadmill! I can't run, but if I walk, I much prefer it to be outside.

Also lunges... I just always feel awkward doing them.

Cardio. Of any variety. So boring.
