What's your least favorite exercise?

Okay, you all can at me: I love the burpees, mountain climbers, pushups and planks and all the variations (forever devoted calisthenics enthusiast ).
But....I despise any ab work that puts any pressure on my lower back/tailbone--crunches, situps, etc. Traditional ab moves are excruciatingly painful for my tailbone (congenital anomaly). So...I don't do them. Not necessary at all, anyway.0 -

Bench press. I really don't like it.
I prefer almost all other upper body push variations.0 -
Long, slow, painfully monotonous treadmill running. No thanks.0

I hate, hate, hate the stationary bike with the vengeance of a thousand fiery suns with PMS.
You're Hilarious0 -
Any type of exercise done on a cardio machine, aka torture device. That includes the treadmill, elliptical, stairmaster, stationary bike, and anything else on that side of the gym. Running or jogging of any kind (outdoors, indoors, etc.). I prefer HIIT or cardio kickboxing for cardio - not nearly as boring or miserable.
Oh, and overhead press can kiss my butt.0 -
LISS = low intensity steady state cardio. I prefer to do HIIT workouts instead.0

Cardio...specifically treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike. I'm learning to deal with it through music, but just hate it. Necessary evil today as I had two pieces of pizza last night after too many drinks. Ugh!0

Hahaha....you said stupid name.I hate burpees too0 -
Working out with weights.
Like doing cardio though, especially the elliptical.0 -
Anything involving cardio equipment. I loath droning away on some piece of cardio equipment and only do so when the weather is too crappy outside.0
-
dreadmill
jump squats/lunges - fairly certain overdoing those exacerbated my knee problem
burpees - same as above.0 -
Lunges. I have a bad knee and it hurts to do them. I used to try to make myself do them, now I say screw it.0

Burpees, running and lunges0
-
Burpees for sure0
-
Anything static (excluding stretching). I like to move.0
-
Its got to be burpees for me0

Tuck Jumps. Hell!0

Oh yeah, those :-/
I am strangely ok with burpees. Mountain climbers though, ugh.
Treadmill for longer than 3 miles. Up to that, I can listen to good music and lose myself, or a good podcast. After three miles, I can no longer self soothe, lol!0 -
Leg extensions and lunges. After breaking my kneecap into several pieces a few years ago, there are certain moves I just cannot do. How I broke my kneecap required that the muscles and tendons be re-attached in a slightly different location. Now my knee does not extend straight like a hinge movement but sort of sideways. Five years later and all the knee strengthening exercises in the world has not made me confident in my knee. I don't run or jog but I will powerwalk. I don't do jumping jacks either ... anything that involves a hard impact of my affected leg/knee is not done.0

burpees and hill sprints...I am working with my trainer today so there is a high chance I will be doing those tonight.0

Love your "firey sun" reply. I'm just facing osteoporosis and scrambling to change for the better. Recumbent bikes or any bikes get my It band messed up, but the elliptical like the Octane, is great. What have you found?0
-
Cardio. I hate all of it.

Pull ups.0
-
Pilates. Yet I continue to do it once or twice a month.0
-
The treadmill! I can't run, but if I walk, I much prefer it to be outside.
Also lunges... I just always feel awkward doing them.0 -
Cardio. Of any variety. So boring.0
