I had lost almost 40 pounds before falling off the wagon. I gained 20 pounds back and now Its time to get going again. I moved to a new area and threw off my whole routine...I had to try all the new food places.

I would eat some of the exercise calories. Don't let the hunger monkeys get to you. You set a goal to lose X pounds per week. Those excercise calories add to what you can eat and still be within that goal range. Look towards the long term and you will do great!!

I am a big boy..6'4 with a starting weight of 380 pounds. I have been using this site for a few months now and have dropped 26 pounds. My goal is to lose a total of 140 pounds and then figure out where to go from there.

I have a little bit of a sweet tooth as well. I have tried to replace sweets with fruit. I also like the mini sweet peppers that you can get at costco. I find that I most often turn to sweets when I am bored and not doing anything, so I am also trying harder to stay active.

Oh, I cant wait till I am no longer the fat guy on an airplane. Not only is it so uncomfortable, but people literally hate you and pray their seat is not next to yours. I dont blame them really.

I used to think it was cool to participate in any and every eating challenge I could find. The worst was a 5 pound breakfast burrito. Needless to say the burrito won and I was sick for days.
