Thank you for your input. I'm constantly yo-yoing and I'm not eating badly. I know water, hormonal cycle and everything makes a difference, but it's just so disheartening. I'm back into it and just need to somehow squeeze in a workout at least 3x a week with work, a 5 year old and (although married) by all intents and…

Just saw this, too. Sorry for the delay, but hoping that things are doing better! If you ever need an ear, I'm available!

I'm so sorry to hear about all of that. Keep breathing and if you need an ear, message me!

Vegetarian for 10 years, then got pregnant and went off the rails during that time and now I'm vegan. Feel free to add!

I started my journey 16 years ago at 335+ lbs and got down to 163lbs and had a lot of loose skin. Ultimately, I had it removed and it was 5 lbs of excess skin. I got pregnant and gained weight and now there is some loose skin, but not like it was.

Same here. It's an everyday struggle not to use food as comfort. Feel free to add me. :)

I have 6 tattoos presently and wanting another. Each tattoo I have represents a time/story in my life. I have a "tramp stamp" with a dragon above it, each ankle tattooed (lizard, sun), my upper back (butterfly) and my son's name on my wrist. I think tattoos are beautiful and I find the stories that come with them…

I'm 5'7" and my ideal weight is 150. I've never been that small, my lowest was 163 and I thought I looked pretty good. I'd be happy just getting close to 163 actually!!!

This happens to me constantly. I weighed on Wednesday and was down 4.5 lbs from 2 weeks ago. I weighed this morning and it said I was back where I was. I was 200 calories over cumulatively from the 2 days between weighing. I've found that I am using how I feel and how clothing fits more of a guide to if the weight is…

Surround yourself with positivity and take a look around at all the beauty this world has. You are one of the beautful creations and you have to believe that. Take a deep breath and throat punch that nasty little voice in your head, hold your head high and go out and work it, darlin'.

I am presently battling binge eating. I just take it one day at a time and each day I don't binge is a victory.

I have cried after, but I haven't done that lately. However, after a bad weigh in, yep, I will on occasion binge on the spot. It's worse when I have made a good effort with staying within my calorie guideline and working out 5 days a week and I either didn't lose or I gained. I do get mad at myself and wonder why the…

I was prescribed this back in the Phen-Fen days when you could get the combo to lose weight. I did get jumpy or "hyper", as I was called. The main side effect that I noticed would be dry mouth and occasionally, sorry to be graphic, constipation. It will kill your appetite, if you have a more voracious one. Back when I did…

I feel the same way, absolutely. I drink 100+ oz of water a day, try to eat better, but I always feel hungry. I eat 3 meals a day and 2 small snacks. I will occasionally have a binge and yes, inevitably, I feel horrible afterward. I eat more when I'm upset.

Bagel with jalapeno asiago cream cheese and black coffee. But, since I've given up bagels and coffee, my life is now colorless and unexciting. Usually, I have a greek yogurt or oatmeal and a green tea.

I binge one day a week. One day of anything I want. My last binge was a bag of tortilla chips and queso cheese dip--finished both within 4 hours. :(

Don't give up. It hurts like hell, but I know you've heard this, but you are better off without someone who isn't there for YOU. I've been through this before myself and suspect I'm currently going through it again. I do have bad days where I eat everything I can get my hands on, but there are other days where I take the…

Please get help. You are too young to have to go through this. I struggle with binges and the guilt after one. You can stop. You can do this. If you ever need an ear, a shoulder or anything, please IM me. I'm a great listener! Sometimes, once you hash out the stuff on your mind, you will feel better. :) Love and peace to…

10 years smoke free. I've been yo-yoing for years. It's hard, but you will feel so much better for quitting. When the tough part is over, the detoxing of nicotine from your body, you can concentrate more on eating. It is hard. This app/website has seriously changed my life for the better!

Let me know how you do. I'm not officially diagnosed as having binge eating disorder, it fits my symptoms to a "T". I've struggled with my weight my entire life. I was 335+ lbs, got down to 159 lbs (in 4 years) and in 8 years, back up to 213 lbs. It's a constant struggle between wanting to not eat anything to eating…

Honey, are we married to the same schmuck? I am where you are now. I'm here to tell you, as non-productive as it feels sometimes, use your anger...in constructive ways. I seem to run (when he will watch our son) faster when I'm angry. I do more and feel that, because he has no problems with weight (and never has) and I do…

The woman in the right, wearing the white blouse ate when she was unhappy. I ate way too much to the point of illness and would mentally beat myself up after a binge and vow to stop, but I never did. Fast forward 13 years...the woman crouched on the ground still struggles sometimes. But, she has a baby boy she adores, a…

I'm in the same boat as everyone here. I also believe that if I weren't an emotional eater, I wouldn't have a weight problem either. I was always rewarded as a child with food and praise. I still fall back on that sometimes when I do something that I've worked for, but I know I shouldn't do that. I was at my smallest…

I understand where you are and have been there a lot here lately. I'm just now coming out of that mindset. You are strong, stronger than you know. Feel free to add me. It helps when someone else understands and can commiserate.

I got hit on when I was really heavy (300 lbs), but I don't get hit on at all. I'm married as well, but I wonder about what it is now that causes pause with even saying "hello." Is it my resting bi*ch face?
