5'7" here, goal weight is 160-150. I weighed around the upper end of 160 in high school and I remember being in pretty great shape back then, so I feel like that's a reasonable goal!0
-
5'6" and my goal is anywhere between 145 and 160, possibly even 170. I don't know the exact number but I know I like a bit of fat on me. I'll know it when I get there.0

I'm 5'6" and petite framed. I'm at (about) goal. I fluctuate between 128-133. I'd like to get my body fat percentage down a bit, though I don't know what it is exactly right now, but I'm sure it's above 22%.0

Thank you. That's my goal weight but my mom worries that it's too thin.0

5'6" (5'5.5" rounded up) with a current goal of 137 after having maintained at 150ish for a year (originally 202.5.)0

I am 5'7. My doctor said healthy was between 120 and 160, with ideal about 130. (Ideal = best for joints, longevity, lowest incidences of cancer, diabetes and other health problems). So my goal is 125, expecting to rebound to about 130 for maintenance.

135. I've been as low as 139 before and still had quite a bit of chub on me. I'm 5'70

I'm 5'7". My goal is 140. It's what my insurance company recommends every year at my biometric screening.0

I'm a runner trying to get down to my ideal race weight which is around 120lb. I've stayed there for the past 4 years but recently gained ~10lb - trying to lose all that but has been tough. Been reducing calories for 2 months and gained 2lb.. lol. hanging in there.0

5'6" here. I guess I should rethink my goal of 155.... I had spine surgery and put on 25lbs over the past year and a half but prior I was crossfitting and running 15-20 miles per week, and when I look at pictures I looked amazing!! I don't think I appreciated it at the time LOL. I guess I'll reassess when I get there!
Good luck to all of you!0 -

Current weight 147 - goal is to get to 135 then reassess.0 -
5'6" current weight is 168 (well 167.2, but I'm rounding up since I'm not right at 167) and my goal weight is 135. When i hit goal weight, I'll see if I want to lower it down to 130 or not.0

5"7, any other similar height girls feel free to add! X0

Lol I'm shooting for 170. I lift a lot of weights so I weight 204 right now, and wear a L shirt and 12/14 jeans. I want to work on my fitness but keep my curves too.0

I'm 5'5".5 inches
Starting was 180
I wanted 140
But once I reached 140 I wanted 135
At 135 I wanted 130
I'm 131 now
But thinking I'll go down to 125
I feel okay now but want room for fluctuation0 -
I'm 5'5.5". I started at 210. I'm at 170 now.
My goal is 140. I'm wearing a size 8 jeans (US). Hoping for a 4 or 6 at goal!0 -
I'm 5'6.5", currently 148lbs. GW was 140lbs, but as I've got closer (started c200lbs - not sure exactly as didn't own scale at the time) I feel like there might be a bit more to go, so thinking of revising down to 135lbs. Be nice to have friends at similar weight/height & with simillar goals, if anyone wants to add me!0

I'm 5'7 and goal is about 65kg/143lbs. Maybe a little less or a little more! Whenever I'm happy really0

The ideal weight range for a 5'6" woman is between 118-136lb.
http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/logout/news_features/idealweight_w.htm
I used to be 128lb before I got fat and that's pretty much what I'm trying to get back to. That's smack in the middle of the ideal range.
However, people have their own thoughts of what suits them best, and maybe once you start losing weight you'll also get a feel for where you look your best weight wise.0 -
The charts also differ slightly. This one says 116lb to 147lb for a 5'6" female.

There is also some variation by country, as I found that UK charts usually gun for lower weight ranges than US charts.
This is a US calculator and for my stats (45yr old female at 5'6") it gave me these stats.
Based on the Robinson formula (1983), your ideal weight is 130.5 lbs
Based on the Miller formula (1983), your ideal weight is 135.1 lbs
Based on the Devine formula (1974), your ideal weight is 130.7 lbs
Based on the Hamwi formula (1964), your ideal weight is 129.4 lbs
Based on the healthy BMI recommendation, your recommended weight is 114.6 lbs - 154.9 lbs

So it's a bit of a case of "take your pick".0 -
I'm 5'7" and my goal was health rather than weight. It's very individual and the ideal weight range really is just an ideal.
I'm maintaining in the low 170s after losing 155lbs. At this weight I'm around 25% Body Fat with 28" waist and 38.5" hips. I have a fair amount of loose skin, particularly on my stomach (my very top weight was actually 350 lbs at full term pregnant with twins, I don't think my stomach will ever recover).
I was always aiming for a goal weight of 159 to be inside the recommended range BUT now I'm down this end of the scale - I'm currently quite fit with a RHR at 45 bpm as well as low BP. I can't imagine being too much smaller than I am right now but I'd like to get BF down closer to 20% and I don't really care what happens weight wise so long as I at least maintain current weight.0 -
5'5" goal weight 130. Started at 188.6. Last Monday was done to 178.8.0
-
I'm 5'7" and my ideal weight is 150. I've never been that small, my lowest was 163 and I thought I looked pretty good. I'd be happy just getting close to 163 actually!!!0
