it is not possible to just lose belly fat. if you lose weight it will be from all over your body.if it were possible to lose weight off of certain body parts then women would have large tits and small waists and bums.

eat mainly proteins and good fats including veg and snack on fruit. take a look at my diary its working for me so far. i use saturdays as my cheat carb day where i eat anything and back on it as of sunday.

just plan your meals on here by calories and fat for the week and stick to it. easy.! if you dont plan what your gonna eat each day you will just eat anything and guess it.
