    I plan on going to the park and walking at least two miles running for a long as I can in that. Then maybe I"ll go the the gym for soe strength training, or maybe just stay home and do the EA sports active thing for the Kinect.

    I did a cardio warm-up, then strength training on my abs and back and a 2 mile run. Then came home and mowed and weed eated the yard. :)

    70mins on the elliptical, 60 mins weight lifting (all at the gym)
    Day 3 of P90x2 and 30 mins of hitting the punching bag :)

    Elliptical for 25 fast-as-possible minutes then home to do Level 2 of 30DS. Seriously need to squeeze in some yoga....might try my PM yoga DVD tonight....

    My goodness! Reading all of your comments makes my workout seem wimpy. Ha! Tonight is Day 2 of 30 DS and then 30 min of intervals on the incline treadmill.

    Had a lunch date with a friend, so I walked there (20 mins with hills), then took my little nephew to the park (45 mins of verrrry slow walking) and I am going to a kickass 65 min Boot Camp class tonight :) I'm super addicted to Boot Camp.

    NOT doing 30DS today, yesterday was my first and I hurt! Probably 15 minutes jogging on the spot, 40 minutes of Just Dance 2. I will also go for a walk this evening.
