  • I've got 1 hour zumba class
    followed by 2 hour trampolining training (where approximately 1/2 an hour is actual bouncing)

    Today I did Cardio boxing on Your Shape Fitness Evolved (4 classes in total). I did half an hour of Zumba, I walked my dogs, I ran in place for a couple of minutes and I did Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012's Boot Camp which kicked my *kitten*. LOL.

    809 cals burned for today. I think I'm done - but I have so much energy left!

    1 hr cardio circuit at the gym. Uuuggghhh! I hate doing cardio at this weight (5'4", 256lbs)...I feel like I'm dyin' by the end of it. :sick:

    All this talk of 30DS might convince me to buy it today. Regardless, I'll be doing 60 minutes of cardio on the elliptical at the gym tonight.

    Probably some intervals on the stairmaster and some good strength training. I'm trying to lift heavier, so looks like I'm going to be pumping iron tonight!

    60 min morning walk/jog with average speed 3.5 m/hr <
    Done
    20 min walk to and back from gym @ 3.5 m/hr
    80 min lifting weights focused on legs and triceps
    25 min aerobic and stretching

    Life is great!!!

    I have just started by Insanity Fast & the Furious 20 minute workout and it KILLS!!! I can not quite make it thru the whole thing yet, but i do sit ups and push ups after i do as much as i can until i work up the the full workout plus situps & pushups afterward... and I think my husband and I will start jogging somein teh evenings since it is getting to be nicer weather!

    A very inspiring group here!

    I ran 4 miles this morning, then 15 minutes on the rowing machine.
    I was going to take a karate class tonight, but I just gave blood, and the blood police advised against it.

    Ran for 30 min. and walked for 10 this a.m. with my teenage daughter. So nice. Now I'm about to pick up my 7 yr old son and go to my kung fu class, while he plays with my Sifu's kids. Also, so nice. Never know what the plan is when i get to kung fu because this year he is making it RANDOM. I used to plan my days to go to kung fu based on my favorite kung fu training vs. unfavorite and now ????? Could be sparring, full body workout, di tong (break falls and rolls), combat instruction, or forms. I'm hoping for full body day. I keep missing them.
