30 day shred is awesome - Jillian is great at wanting you to finish and not take breaks - can't wait to be shredded I'm on level 1 as well!!!0

Today is treadmill day, probably walk at 3.5mph on a 12% incline for about 30 min, run another 15-20 min on no incline.0
