I did it for the first time in years on Tuesday, and still hurt today! But only you know your limits and it's best just to listen to your body.

Thanks everyone - just needed some reassurance! What sort of weight should I go for?

Hahaha, I love it! There's some very pretty arms that wander around my gym. Always make me smile

It's in the list as 'Les Mills Body Pump'. As with Body Combat though, I only add 40-45 mins of my 1hr workout. The numbers are probably way too high otherwise - and never eat them all back.

Thanks everyone. Advice appreciated. H.

Try adding canned canneleni beans or similar to your salads? Also anything else with lentils, pulses, etc.

My favourite breakfast at the moment (like, every day…) is a small slice of toast with half an avocado, smashed with chilli flakes, salad onion and lemon juice, and topped with a sliced hard-boiled egg. I make the parts the evening before and construct it when I get to work in the morning.

Yes, I weighed them! It was 'one pot' and 'one pack' because I was travelling and bought off-the-shelf salads for lunch! What's wrong with that? I know I posted asking asking for advice, and I've certainly received it, but I'm rather saddened by the amount of judgement/negativity. A little encouragement would really have…

Thanks for the thoughts, everyone. Hoping retention has something to do with it. I'm a bit surprised at comments about tracking too generically... What's generic about 109g of salmon, or 75g of wholewheat pasta? Each to their own, I suppose, but I do think life is too short to weigh lettuce and cucumber!! Anyway, thanks…

My office has a serious biscuit problem - usually 3 or 4 different packets on the go, on the table IN MY ROOM, and there about 15 of us on a good day!

Lidl for main shop (struggle to spend more than £20 for a v full basket) once every ten days or so. Top ups from little Sainsburys. Can't beat Lidl for cheap veggies, and some good, less mainstream cheap protein - crayfish, anyone?!

Small slice of bread (c 25g), half an avocado (made into guacamole), and a sliced hard-boiled egg. Yum! And I can eat it at my desk when I get to work.

Week 2 Day 3 done! Found it pretty tough today but I hadn't had a rest day since my last run and I was also getting distracted by trying to figure out how my new trainers felt! I think I need proper socks rather than trainer liners, to stop them rubbing... I won't get to start Week 3 until Tuesday evening probably. Running…

I did C25k two years ago and went from total non runner to doing a 5k in 40 minutes in 28 degrees heat. Sadly I didn't keep it up, but have started again today. Looking forward to starting to enjoy it again! Helen.

A low fat cream cheese instead of ricotta, and some chopped fresh tomato and herbs instead of pasta sauce?

Mogz36 - thanks ;-)

SpecialSundae - 26?

A meringue nest with a handful of cherries, pitted and warmed with a little water and Splenda, and some fat-free Greek yoghurt. Had this earlier and it was divine!! The yoghurt was lemon flavoured, very yummy.

Living in London, UK, grew up on the Hampshire/Surrey border and Wiltshire before that.

I'm a Monday weigher as well, hoping for a couple of lbs this week, as it's only week two. Msmason82 - can I suggest you don't weight so often? Weighing only once a week forces you to stay on track to get a good result at the end of it, and means you see a bigger difference each time.

What kind of brands is it that you can't find? Most UK stuff is on here...

Better than if it was all coming from cola or sweets! I think that so long as it's not taking over your calorie goal then you're doing ok. How many portions of fruit a day are you eating? Helen.

Well, you've got one trick right there - in things! Try chopping onions, celery and carrots really finely and soften them in a pan with the lid on, stirring occasionally til they're really soft. You can then use this as a base for tomato pasta sauce, bolognese sauce, a risotto, anything savoury! And you will hardly know…

I'm sorry you haven't had any answers, but it really depends what's in the recipes. It's like asking how many calories in lasagne or how many calories in a burger? It entirely depends on size and ingredients! Can you break the recipes down and work it out that way?

Moving out is your opportunity to be completely in control of what you buy and eat!

Grilled baby leeks are lucious.

I travel occasionally for work, and I try not to eat out where possible. If you don't have to go out for dinner with colleagues or anything like that, consider going to a supermarket and buying the workings of a nice 'picnic' - some veggies and dip, some wholewheat bread, cold meats, etc. It also means you can have healthy…

Thank you!

Boots, boots and more boots at the moment. Look. You don't have them in my size, ok?! If you did, I would have bought them by now. Stop sending the beautiful boots to follow me around the internet!!
