If anyone knows of a resource which details the calories in Eritrean food I would be interested in seeing it. Injera (flat bread) is listed on the app. There are some Ethiopian options which are similar but it does not include everything I am looking for, e.g. Qulwa (lamb), Zighni (beef or chicken), Lamb Molikya, Kantisha (mushroom stew), Brusn (red lentil stew), Alicha or Duba (pumpkin).

I'm sorry you haven't had any answers, but it really depends what's in the recipes. It's like asking how many calories in lasagne or how many calories in a burger? It entirely depends on size and ingredients! Can you break the recipes down and work it out that way?0

I went out to dinner with some friends to an Eritrean restaurant so hence the enquiry. I did research recipes online before dining there to help give me an idea. Thank you for the suggestion though.0
