Your nutrition plays a HUGE part in it. I've been eating healthy for a while now but wasn't til I started doing 21 day fix and focusing on portions & clean eating have I seen my stomach tighten up

thanks everyone. i've been buying a bad (not sure the size) from aldi for $4/bag and LOVE them. dont use any other brand. it's oven roasted unsalted. may try it once. what kinda almonds do u use?

lol, ISN'T IT?!!! i know its late.. but may as well... tryna do some online shopping for my kids for xmas... not doing anything big... but they want $$ gifts they're NOT gonna get... just aint gonna happen, but they're so hard to shop for BECAUSE they want video games/ etc :grumble:

when you always pick stuff up in deadlift form look at your butt in the mirror everytime there's one around bc your butt is rounding/lifting :love: find yourself trying to flex your biceps excited about new rules for women weight lifting coming tomorrow (new to this) :laugh:
