I just completed week 8 & LOOOOOOOOOOOVE the program!!! Just ordered the gamma phase, but will redo the program after that because I love the inches I'm losing!!! I have ab lines.. YES, ab lines!!!!
Anyone doing the program?

    I'm on week 9! I have upper focus to do later. I can not express how much I love it! Doing Body Beast next! gonna be one bad A coach ( pish I am a bad A coach!) :devil: :bigsmile:
