I am 220 and i eat 162 C/55F/155p for a total of 1,763 calories. I always aim for +/- 5 grams. I had my macros calculated for me by a professional based on my body type and exercise level. poppy_locks is her name on Instagram if you are interested in learning more. <3 IIFYM!

Ah! Thats crazyyyyy!!! Idk how many times before i started counting calories i would order a salad from applebees thinking i was being healthy!!! Geez!!!!

I bought those tortilla wraps called buena vida (low carb) whole wheat- for two tortillas its only 140 calories, and i put chicken/cheese in side, or get some ground turkey and make some tacos (use low sodium seasoning) and you got 2 great wraps for under 300 calories!!

Eggo makes these awesome whole grain low fat waffles that you can eat two for only 140 calories or 1 for 70 and top them off with some light'n fit dannon yogurt (80 cal) and some strawberries or blueberries and you got yourself a low calorie breakfast that is pretty amazing:-) For lunch/dinner i do these amazing tacos!!!…

Its different for everyone, depending on what you like. Some do everyday and others once a week. I like to weigh in every Friday! Its totally up to you!!! and if you ever find yourself wanting snack foods, just look at the food and think.....do i really need this.....if you really want it after that...... then small…
