    Ah! Thats crazyyyyy!!! Idk how many times before i started counting calories i would order a salad from applebees thinking i was being healthy!!! Geez!!!!

    My dad used to love getting their orange chicken bowl until he learned (via me) that it had 1900 calories.
    Seriously, there is a reason to scope out the restaurant beforehand.

    Gosh, the Santa Fe chopped salad at T.G.I. Friday's has 600 more calories than I'm allowed in a whole day D:

    The scary thing is that the worst salad on the list does not even look that bad! If I saw it on a menu I would think it was a good choice, and it has far more calories than I am allowed in a whole day!!!
