Great idea making a thread about how we appreciate our partners! My husband is my soul mate and I love him unconditionally. Yes there are days that I want to murder him, but luckily I won't be able to live without him so he is safe :-D

I only log what I call exercise - I never say I'm going to exercise when I'm going to clean, so I don't log it that way either.

I set mine to lose 1.5 pounds per week and I eat my exercise calories back, it works well for me.

Instead of having your PB&J in the evenings what about changing it to lunch - but swop white bread for 100% whole-wheat bread, only put 1 tablespoon of PB on it and limit the jelly as much possible. So true. This past couple of weeks I've been doing the 30 Day Shred, and have not lost one single gram, but I have lost lots of centimeters so far. It got me down whenever I weighed and didn't see a shift on the scale, so I decided for the month of September, no more weighing, only measuring.
