I also have suffered with this for the last 2 years on and off - I love getting out for a run so it's been really frustrating. Have you considered trying barefoot or minimal running? I am thinking about it because like you, I have tried everything and it just keeps coming back. I think it might by my gait when I run that's…

I love your posts!!! They make me smile...you describe situations so well!!! :-)

I think you need to ask yourself why you’re slipping, as you say you don’t necessarily enjoy the bad foods. So what is at the very core of the motivation to make you go for them? You’re happy with your new lifestyle, is it a case that you feel you don’t deserve the success? You have done so well so far, that’s not to be…

I'm with ya sista! Got my HRM on sale for 14.99 ;-) keep your eyes peeled for one!

I got a Heart Rate Moniter and I haven't looked back. It's a must have for anyone who wants to log exercise. I do bootcamp sessions which really vary in intensity so the HRM is brilliant for that. I also use it for zumba, walking, cycling and event when I do some at home work. I'd definitely recommend it!

I think you mean cloud 9.1 ;-) Congrats you!

Yeah I wish I had actually measured and taken more photos before I started. Of course....before I started I never like being photographed!

Mostly people have not noticed the change in me either, it's mostly just myself, in the end that's the most important opinion ;-)

I am similar to you - I have my activity set to sedentary because I have a desk job but I walk to work, and cycle everywhere so I add those in. My goal is 1350 per day so if I didn’t add them I could be eating less than my body needs, in the long term it would do harm and I would have no energy. Eat them calories up and…

Hiya! I'm Irish, 25 years old, 5ft 4 currently 117- 1lb away from goal of 116! I have spent the last 6 months losing 10lbs but I'm almost there. :-) Add me if you think I'm the sort of friend you'd like! I'm hoping to do maintenance shortly but might be able to offer support and advice!

Oh great! I'm with you...take that bingo wings!

I will never stop eating out, enjoying good red wine or all the other happy social occasions that surround food. Food is to be enjoyed, once you have a positive relationship with it and are kind to your body, you should never feel that you are going without. I don’t EVER go without! I just make sure I get extra exercise in…

Thanks for the replies! Ok that sounds great-I didn't realise you could manually edit the calories in each exercise. I will definitely set up a few different ones then. I love using runkeeper too, I keep thinking that it would be great if MFP and runkeeper would join together into one really handy app ;-)

That means adding a new exercise every time I work out or cycle from A-B though does it?

Thanks for the responses! I will try cm measurements then, pity I didn't do that from 4 weeks ago! Fingers crossed I have been losing inches ;-)

I'm 5ft 4 and 120lbs, for fitness I do bootcamp sessions 2-3 times per week which are a very intense mix of strength and cardio. I walk about an hour per day (to work) and cycle everywhere I need to go-which doesn't feel like working out but it all adds up. My TDEE is 1855 and 1350 is my BMR- but not so sure how I should…

I'm having a similar issue so I'm interested see what people think about your case. I eat approximately 1500 calories per day (any less I feel weak and and no energy) and exercise 200-400 calories per day. But I've been the same weight for 4 weeks (i.e.120 lbs, my goal is 115lbs). What causes this. It was easy to start,…
