I could definitely use some SAHM friends! My little guy is 4 months old and I have 30-35 lbs to lose. I lost 75 before I got pregnant with calorie counting and weight lifting but after having a baby it's amazing how SLOW it's coming off despite doing the same things I did before. :)

I'm looking to lose 30-35 lbs. Before I got pregnant I lost 75 lbs but those 'screw it' burgers sure added up during my last trimester. Kidlet is 4 months old and I've lost 35 lbs so far but definitely could use some more friends looking to lose! :)

I like to roll up turkey and dip it in some freshly made hummus. When that gets old I reach for an apple and some protein peanut butter ($$ but it's yummy enough to keep me away from sweets). A brown rice cake with either a tablespoon of PB on top or some kind of animal protein and avocado mashed on top is super yummy and…

The left was taken March 27th 2013 (181, size 14-16) and the right Feb 1st 2015 (145) and I am 5'6 and now wear a size 6-8. Weight lifting, cardio and eating 'clean' 80% of the time.

Thank you all so very much! You make my heart feel full. :) <3

Maybe consider some body weight exercises? Incline Push ups, squats, reverse lunges, wall sits etc. (it also depends on how private your office space is or how little you care if people see you doing these things)

Drop another 25 lbs or get down to 16-18% body fat (which ever happens first). Doing a body weight only chin up! I'll be happy if I can ever do just one!

A person's weight can go up and down all the time. You're also increasing your activity while eating a very small amount of calories. I probably won't be the only one to say this (and if you read anyone else's posts you'll see the same thing, ad naseum)...eat more. Yep. Eat more food. Also, be patient. Give yourself at…

Thank you!!! You're a friggin' inspiration too, Ms Giggity. You rock my face off. ;)

Sent you a message. You SO aren't alone.

Hey there! I'm also looking for friends that lift and try to meet macro goals! Sending you an add. :)

Everyone's stories are so funny that I don't feel bad about sharing mine. First a little back story, the gym in my office building is pretty wee. Has a full set of dumbbells, jungle gym with 7 machines (old but still works), few cardio machines and a wall of mirrors. I'm usually the only person in there during my lunch…

I was the exact same way when I first started out in the gym. Don't be afraid to venture out into the weight rooms, that's where the magic happens! What I found that helped me was watching videos on youtube on how to use certain machines and then how to use dumbbells and barbells in the gym with proper form. I've found…

Body weight exercises like squats (all variations-goblet, rear foot elevated split squat, jumping squat, skater squat) and reverse lunges are an awesome way to get in a good burn and gain some leg strength. For upper body, push up variations (don't do the bent knee kind, it hardly prepares you for 'real' push ups, start…

That is so awesome!! Way to go! You'll be benching 135 in no time. :)

You look fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful success! :D

Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. I binge when I'm stressed, sad or bored. Things that have helped me keep the binges at bay are to STOP focusing on the limitations and start focusing on what I GET TO eat. That being said, I still indulge and have a fast food breakfast sammich or a…

Rock on! Sending you an add!

You are simply amazing and definitely a huge inspiration for me. Thanks for sharing your success! I love reading your blog, too. :) Congrats on winning first! (hope that doesn't sound too stalker-y) :flowerforyou:

OMG Girrrl your calves are KILLER!!!! Fantastic job!

Just sent out a bunch of adds! Thanks ladies!

Definitely eat more! Search on MFP for forum posts about TDEE and BMR. The information out there is wonderful. Never hurts to arm yourself with all the knowledge you can. I agree with scottaworley, 6-8 months sounds reasonable! Don't rush it! It took time for the weight to pile on, be patient and give yourself time to lose…

I think you're doing GREAT!! Just watch those macros (protein, sugar, salt, carbs etc) and I think you'll do wonderfully! I think 8 lbs in 3 weeks is AMAZING! Remember, it took a while for the weight to come on your body, so give your body that amount of time for it to come off. Just love yourself and stay consistent! You…

Everyone looks just fantastic! Such power, strength and dedication! You all should be so proud of your accomplishments!:drinker: To the haters...seriously, why try to be so negative? No one cares and just trying to rile people up that have found a passion and changed their bodies isn't anything to slash and tear down, but…

You are doing so great! Fantastic success!!! Cheers!:drinker:

I'm repeating week's 9 & 10 (missed a few days of each week, I felt bad about progressing to week 11 without giving those weeks my all). It's a great program! I didn't start any of the meal prepping until phase 3 and I regret not doing so. The changes in my body is amazing! I was lifting for 4 months before I went to this…
