    This is my current before/after. I am right around 190 now. The first part of my transformation was pretty much cardio. I have been lifting heavy for the last 8 months as well as HIIT for my cardio. I am slowly starting to get some definition.

    A year. In the beginning it was all cardio to get thin then I realized that was leaving me smaller but flabby. So about 5-6 months ago I started weight lifting. I dropped some of those last stubborn pounds & I can tell everything is toning up. Plus I like feeling strong! I still do cardio because I love to cycle but strength training is where I see my best results. Also- I occasionally skipped workouts or had bad eating days. But I always got/get back on track. You may get faster results if your more strict than me. Good Luck! Use those weights and I'll look for your success post/posts! :bigsmile:
