Congratulations to all of the heavy lifting woman kicking butt in their fitness journeys!
Eventually I will post my pics here too.

Love the pics of lifting massive weights and then looking all teeny in the kinis = awesome
Love the sarcasm about how bulky and manly you look with all that beautiful feminine shapes so well defined
Love that you are sharing here, so the rest of us can get inspiration from you and admire your work
    thank you :drinker:

Cardio 20-30 mins a week. (If that. I hate cardio.)
    4 days Wendler's 5/3/1.
Competed in my first PL meet and placed first in my weight class for DL this year.

    Here's my progress (-65)

BUMP! What was the time frame?

Well, I grew up obese thanks to an obese family. I have medical records at 10 years old weighing 160, then ballooned to 200's from there for about 10 years. The past 2 years I took 65 off. Not done - probably around 15lb more to go. I really want abs and I want to be as strong as I can and continue competing.

The first pic is the only full body pic I could find at all and it's from when I was 19 and had no desire to do anything about my weight. I didn't get fed up and start weight loss until Oct 2011, I'm 25 now.
