I take a beta blocker (propanol) for anxiety. It doesn't give me the weight gain I have experienced with other anti-anxiety meds. No problems with exercise and I have lost a ton of weight since taking it.

I use Lotrimin Antifungal when irritated and baby powder with cornstarch when not infected. It is painful and embarrasing but can be managed until you have surgery. I want to lose 32 more, then surgery. (although the doctor believes I should now). Good luck!

I didn't notice a difference until about 50 pounds. If you take your measurements that will help. We tend to lose from the 'outside in' meaning you will notice your face, arms, neck, legs 1st. The difference in clothing is because we tend to wear clothes that are bigger b/c we are hiding. I am still trying to get used to…

Happened to me too...being weighed in front of all of the girls in my 7th grade class. The nurse wrote the weight down and the doctor said 'obese'. I didn't know what that meant so I went home and looked it up and cried!

Doing this on dietbet.com with some friends on here. Free to sign-up/use and you can do posts to each other and track weights- friendly competition. Goal is to lose 4% of current weight in 28 days! It definitely depends on your body. I gain weight on birth conrtol pills unless they are progesterone based. Listen to your body and work with your doctor.
