    Love the new do! You inspire me to really add the weight lifting on a regular basis. Over the past two years, my brother lost lots of weight, and he swears by the lifting. He's running marathons now, so he really inspires me. The weight lifting is so new to me--scares me a little--but I can start with what I know. Thanks for sharing your story and the pics!

    Tell me about your mindset.........I lost 11 and it was so hard.........went on vaca and having a hard time getting back on

    I stopped eating so much. Logging everything I ate on MFP for the first 13 months. And exercising to the point of sweating for at least 45 minutes each day.

    wow - in the blue tank - you look like you could be my twin sister. I love that you chose to cut your hair to show off your neck. I often wear dangly earrings too - to double emphasize my neck :)
