    Before - Summer 2005 roughly 425+lbs (managed to find a scale that could weigh me, I was 377lbs, then I added 6 inches to the waist)

    After - Summer 2007, 220 lbs.

    Curently - Gained 80 lbs back, got back on track, and I'm down to 224lbs as of last week.

    For me it's all been counting calories and working out.
