It is not a problem, but you should watch that this is not at the expense of other important nutrients, such as carbs (complex carbs preferably) as you will feel tired. High on proteins is very good if you are exercising as it builds muscle. Regardless, if you are under calorie goal, you will lose weight.

I have been here for 1 month and a 1/2 and loved it!. It takes quite a lot of discipline to log everything ( and I mean everything) every single day, but if you do it (and so far, I have been able to) it is amazing what you learn about your body.

You should not worry about that. The bad sugar is the one that comes from processed foods. The sugars from fruits, fructose, are OK.
