Hi there, I'm Heather. :) I'm really enjoying this site and love that it tracks the calories and exercises...makes trying to lose weight and get in shape much more real when you have to consider what you choose to eat. My body is so sore from working out but it's the good kind of hurt. :) Anyway, looking forward to meeting people and excited to getting healthier.

    I have been here for 1 month and a 1/2 and loved it!. It takes quite a lot of discipline to log everything ( and I mean everything) every single day, but if you do it (and so far, I have been able to) it is amazing what you learn about your body.
